Transistor Radio

The weighted plastic clicks,
conjouring secret worlds
that shimmer into focus
then slip away into
the breath-hot dark
of tented bedclothes.

Strange filaments from
other continents carry
snatches of static, codes,
odd signals popping in from
unimaginable distances
all food for a lonely mind.

The music skitters past but I
am always searching for words.

This project pairs an atmospheric radio interface with a drifting soundscape, inviting you to “tune” into a poem. By blending interactive audio the page becomes both a instrument and a meditation on connection.
