Bayesian Renku

disembodied voice
rebuilding broken language"
in Bayesian dreams

the syntax of silence
spelled in flickering light

Graphics cards retuned
to ignite new sentences
instead of pixels

a forest of meaning
routed through copper roots

rare elements mined
from deep scars in the landscape
to fend off boredom

the yawn of a server
widening into war

Fought through console screens
and loitering munitions
waiting to be fed

in the quiet firmware hum
a mother tongue mutates

A new world order
our successors open their throats
to sing a new song

each verse an echo-rite
etched in unreadable code

This piece is a modern Renku—a traditional Japanese form of collaborative linked-verse. The 5-7-5 stanzas were composed by a human poet, while the alternating two-line stanzas were written by an AI, continuing the dialogue.
